Management

Fatimah Wahab, Managing Director, is a distinguished leader in Malaysia’s property development industry. Formerly the Chief Executive Officer – Property for Country Heights Holdings Berhad (a main board-listed company), she oversaw the group’s property development and investment activities. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for MK Land Holdings Berhad, where she spearheaded the group’s rejuvenation plan.

Renowned for her strategic expertise, networking prowess, and ability to secure key transactions, Fatimah has been recognized as a trailblazer in the industry. She was named “The Unparalleled Woman Leader in the Property Sector” by OIC Today and “A Powerhouse Lady in the Property Sector” by Smart Investor Magazine. Her leadership at Country Heights earned the group prestigious accolades, including “Best Wellness Developer” and “Best Medical Tourism Developer.”

A sought-after speaker at international property events, Fatimah was also honored as the 2015 Woman CEO of the Year by the Asian Retail-Chains Franchise Federation (ARFF).

Khairi Abdul Wahab, Executive Director, a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate banking, now leveraging his expertise as the financial lead at Fcc. A well-known figure among bankers, Khairi made a strategic transition into the property industry, bringing with him a wealth of financial acumen and a fresh perspective.

Since joining Fcc, Khairi has played a pivotal role in formulating proven sales and marketing strategies that have driven the company’s growth and success. His ability to blend financial discipline with innovative market approaches has positioned Fcc as a competitive player in the property sector.
